These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the event security and protection services provided by Champion Security ("we", "our", or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Champion Security provides event security, VIP protection, access control, crowd management, and related event support services in Nairobi, Kenya. Specific services, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

Booking Requirements

  • Bookings should be made at least 4-6 weeks in advance for weddings and corporate events
  • Large concerts and public events require 2-3 months advance notice
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Final payment is due before or on the day of the event
  • Payment methods will be specified in your booking confirmation

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your event
  • Allow sufficient time for pre-event site assessments and planning
  • Provide access to venue for security team deployment
  • Cooperate with security personnel during the event
  • Inform us of any changes to event details in a timely manner
  • Ensure your guests and attendees follow security procedures

Security Personnel Conduct

Our security personnel are trained professionals. They will:

  • Follow deployment plans and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Coordinate with your event organizers and venue staff
  • Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via phone
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period
  • Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
  • Additional fees may apply for rescheduling close to the event date

Limitation of Liability

Champion Security provides security services with reasonable care and professional diligence. However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Complete prevention of all security incidents
  • Absolute safety in all circumstances
  • Protection against unforeseeable events or force majeure

Our liability is limited to the scope of services agreed upon and applicable laws. We are not liable for losses arising from client negligence, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information, event details, VIP movements, and other sensitive information shared with us. Our personnel are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Champion Security and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in Kenyan courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
